Entitlement and Planning of 52 acres of waterfront land into 20 city blocks, as part of the Hercules Waterfront District. Planned development of approximately 1,400 residential units, 90,000 sq.ft. of retail, and 250,000 sq.ft. of office, flex and hotel uses. An Intermodal Transit Center (ITC) will incorporate Ferry, Train, and Bus services with access into Downtown San Francisco and Sacramento. The project was awarded LEED-ND Gold, one of the first in the Nation, and was designated a “Catalyst Site” by the State of CA – representing a best practice in a sustainable, walkable and transit-oriented community.
