Hercules Bayfront is a mixed-use, New Urban residential, retail, office and new town center on 52 acres of waterfront land in Hercules, CA. The development is part of a larger project area located within the historic Hercules Powder Company property.

This Project encompasses the final three phases (of five) of the overall Hercules Waterfront District Master Planned Development, spearheaded by the City of Hercules. The initial Phase, recently completed, consists of over 300 single-family residences directly south of the Project.

A major regional rail line runs along the waterfront located between the Project and San Pablo Bay with a new stop being created as a focal point of the waterfront district. The Amtrak and Union Pacific lines serve pedestrian commuters from Sacramento to Emeryville, and a new Bart Stop and a new ferry stop to provide direct access to the Embarcadero waterfront in Downtown San Francisco will be integrated into the project.

The project is comprised of approximately 20 city blocks and includes the creation of a new Downtown for the City of Hercules.
